      1. Oahe Light and Sound – proposal
         1. Amanda S. emailed Mike to change to AGA and add taxes.
         2. Sarah moves to approve proposal and Nicole seconds. Motion approved
      2. Eric at Eide Bailly (Amanda/Tiffany) –virtual – How many hours?
         1. . Tiffany to reach out to see if he can do 2 hours on April 13^th
      3. Christopher Bauer – ethics (Sarah) –
         1. Offered $3500 including travel costs.
         2. He is booked.  2 CPE – 100 minutes.
         3. In person since he is willing. 
         4. Sarah will get a contract signed.
      4. Melinda from AGA National – Internal Controls (Amanda/Tiffany)
         1. May be in person
         2. 2 – 100-minute sessions.  Internal control and implementing ERP systems and building in internal controls
         3. Fill in Day 1 and start Day 2
      5. South Dakota issues – local relevance
