Letter from the President

Hello! My name is Emily Fleck and I am excited to be the Charleston Chapter President. I have served on the CEC for over 15 years as Education Chair, Communications Chair, and one other term as President. I have been the Controller at the WV Board of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) for three years now. I have three professional certifications. I am a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Government Financial Manager, and a Certified Procurement Professional. I have been employed with the State of WV for over 24 years. In addition to BRIM, I have worked at the WV Division of Natural Resources, WV Department of Health and Human Resources, and WV Bureau of Employment Programs. I look forward to being the AGA Charleston Chapter President this year!
